I was on my way to Bugis, standing beside a pole in MRT train. I was on my way to the already prepared training session for trainees like me as a sales marketing assistant. Time was nearly 6pm. There were some 'excited-juices' going around my body. The thought of selling products, gaining consumers' trust through verbal communication is interesting. Something that I have never done before. And then suddenly, my phone rings. It's an unknown number. The 'excited-juices' began fluctuating, 'hope-juices' and 'im-tired-of-this-juices' began to increase rapidly. I picked up the phone, and it's a call from IKEA Cashier Department.

She asked me to come down for interview, saying that Nurul(referring to Nurul Aqilah) had mentioned about recruiting me in the Cashier Department. At last! A job! Alhamdulillah, segala pujian bagi Allah. I said yes immediately, saying that I would be coming down but perhaps at 9pm. While on the phone, I didnt realise that i alighted at Lavender station, walked up the escalator and tapped out my card. There was no guardian in front of me. Ok, so wrong station. With my phone still stuck to my ear, i stood at a corner. After that call, i called a series of people, telling them about the good news and what i should do etc. In the end, i cancelled my briefing as sales marketing assistant(thousand apologies) and started my way to Tampines. The interview went well. My orientation starts on Thursday, 4pm. I will be attached to a buddy who will guide me on handling the money, cash register etc for 4.5 hours. Ya Allah, please make me a good worker. I hope i can do this well, insyaAllah:)

Today is a packed day. I will be having a Math Assisted Programme in the morning till afternoon, a math tuition for P6 till evening, and then a meet-up with Jia ai(<3<3!). Have a blessed day ahead everyone!
